8 Days Until We Leave, 15 Days Until We Arrive!

Counting down. Days are going fast. We had a busy day today.

Ashley is the Activity Director that I report to while work-camping. Actually, she is like a granddaughter to me. She does an excellent job as an Activities Director. Ashley’s husband Michael helps us out a lot. Of course, I pay him even though he does not want me to.

Today, he installed the sewer hose carrier I bought on Amazon to the bottom of our 5th wheel.

A year or so ago, we lost a wheel and tire and when the tire rolled off, it damaged the trim. I recently purchased a new piece of trim from General RV in Ocala. Michael installed the new trim. Good Job Michael.

Michael also used his leaf blower to blow all of the $hit that falls from the big oak trees into our rain gutter on the roof.

I’m working on organizing the stuff in our shed. Figuring out what we are taking and what we are leaving in the shed. It’s so nice that we do not have to rent a storage unit this summer while we are up North. The shed we bought is perfect and it was only $3,000. For the past several years, when we rented a storage unit, we were paying around $130 to $140 a month for 8 months. We love our shed.

That’s it for today folks.

May the light of faith guide your journey. Thank you for being a part of mine. I look forward to sharing more with you in future posts. God Bless and Stay Safe!
